Definitions
In these Terms & Conditions, “account” means the personal player profile registered with tebingtoto. “Player”, “you”, and “your” refer to the individual accessing or using tebingtoto. “Platform”, “website”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to tebingtoto and its associated services. “Funds” means the available monetary balance recorded in the account, while “bonus funds” means promotional credit subject to separate conditions.
“Wager” includes a stake placed on a casino game, sports market, live football event, lottery-style product, or another gaming feature. References to RM or MYR mean Malaysian Ringgit. A “payment provider” includes a bank, e-wallet, transfer network, or digital asset network used to process a transaction.

Account Eligibility
You may register with tebingtoto only if you are at least 21 years old, possess legal capacity to enter a binding agreement, and are permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws applicable to you. Registration is not available to a person acting for somebody else, using false information, or attempting to conceal their identity or location. Registration and Account Security

Acceptable Use and Fair Play

Deposits and Payment Methods
Deposits must originate from a payment method held in the registered player's name. Tebingtoto may support Malaysian channels such as Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX. Method availability, processing time, and transaction limits may change.
The minimum and maximum permitted amounts will be displayed during the transaction process. A deposit is credited only after confirmation from the relevant provider. Tebingtoto is not responsible for delays caused by a bank, e-wallet, transfer network, blockchain, telecommunications interruption, incorrect payment reference, or inaccurate information supplied by the player.
Deposited funds are intended for genuine gaming activity. Tebingtoto may review an account where deposits and withdrawals appear to be used as a money transfer service. Payment fees, currency conversion costs, or network charges imposed by an independent provider remain the player's responsibility unless stated otherwise.

Withdrawals and Verification
A withdrawal request may be submitted from the available withdrawable balance, subject to displayed limits, account status, verification checks, and any valid promotional requirements. Where practical, tebingtoto may return funds through the same method used to deposit. A different method may require additional evidence of ownership.

Tebingtoto may pause a withdrawal while investigating suspected fraud, duplicate accounts, payment disputes, or a breach of these terms.

Casino Games and Sports Betting
All gaming involves risk. A published RTP figure represents theoretical long-term performance and does not predict the result of an individual tebingtoto session. Random outcomes remain uncertain, and previous wins or losses do not determine future results.
Sports odds may change before a wager is accepted. A bet is valid only when it appears as accepted in the player's tebingtoto account. Settlement normally follows the official result or the applicable market rule. This applies to EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, live football, and other available events.
Tebingtoto may correct an obvious odds, display, settlement, or system error. A wager affected by a cancelled event, abandoned match, incorrect participant, data feed failure, or material pricing mistake may be voided or resettled under the applicable market rules. Cash-out availability is discretionary and may be suspended without notice.

Bonuses and Promotions

Unless expressly stated otherwise, one promotion may be claimed per player, household, device, payment method, or shared network. Tebingtoto may exclude a player from an offer where multiple accounts, coordinated claims, irregular wagering, or misleading information is identified.
A bonus is not equivalent to withdrawable cash until all applicable conditions are satisfied. Cancelling a bonus may remove associated bonus funds and winnings. Players should review the displayed conditions before selecting or using any tebingtoto offer.

Responsible Gambling
Tebingtoto provides gambling entertainment exclusively for players aged 21 and above. You should establish a budget, use only disposable funds, monitor the time spent playing, and never treat gambling as employment, an investment, or a method of recovering debt.

Account Suspension and Closure
You may request account closure by contacting tebingtoto support. Any valid remaining balance will be handled after identity, payment, security, and account reviews have been completed. Closure does not remove liabilities or unresolved obligations arising before the closure date.
Tebingtoto may suspend, restrict, or close an account where required for security, verification, responsible gambling, payment review, legal compliance, technical protection, or investigation of a suspected breach. Access may also be restricted where information is false, documentation is not supplied, or a player threatens staff or other users.
Where permitted and appropriate, tebingtoto will provide a reason for a restriction. Details may be limited if disclosure could compromise fraud prevention, security controls, or a lawful investigation.

Platform Availability and Limitation of Liability
Tebingtoto aims to provide stable access but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Maintenance, mobile network conditions, device compatibility, cyber incidents, provider outages, sporting data interruptions, and circumstances beyond reasonable control may affect availability.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, tebingtoto is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from platform interruption, player error, unauthorised access caused by compromised credentials, reliance on statistics, or the performance of an independent payment provider.
Nothing in these terms excludes a liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. If part of this agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses continue in effect. A failure by tebingtoto to enforce a clause immediately does not waive the right to enforce it later.
